$475 per person

When registration processed to credit card via online registration after midnight on March 16 or postmarked after March 16, 2009.

Registration fee includes three continental breakfasts, three luncheons, breaks, and conference materials.

Check and credit card payments will be processed by the Minneapolis Medical Research Foundation. Confirmation of your payment transaction will be sent to you by e-mail.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing prior to April 17, 2009.  A $125 processing fee will be deducted before a refund is issued.  Notice of a substitute attendee will be accepted by admin@sartconference.com until May 15, 2009.
