| Registration Cancellation Policy |

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received by e-mail at admin@sartconference.com or by fax at 612-347-0905 prior to April 27, 2011 are subject to a $150 processing fee which will be deducted before a refund is issued. Any cancellations received by e-mail or fax between April 28 and May 11 are subject to a $300 processing fee to be deducted before refund. Registration fees are non-refundable if canceling after May 11, 2011.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Notice of a substitute attendee will be accepted without penalty by admin@sartconference.com until May 11, 2009. Any substitutions after May 11, including on-site substitutions, will be considered a new registration with full payment due at the time of registration.

| Scholarship Opportunities |

The Office for Victims of Crime
is providing funding to support scholarships
for 25 SART teams of four, in addition to 50 individual scholarships
for law enforcement officers. Funding has also been approved for the first time to offer 25 Tribal SARTgroups of four members each.
